Even unborn babies need to feel our love. Take a moment several times a day to stop and connect to your baby. Feel yourself come down from floating above your body, managing your day. Feel the floor connect to your feet and let it remind to to breathe deep and slow down. Close your eyes and imagine your baby inside your tummy. Say hello. Tell your baby how much you love and want him or her and treasure these moments where you share one body. Little ones thrive on connection and now, during your pregnancy is the best time to start those deep bonds of love!
